1. Who We Are

Sunrise Barcelona is a brand operated by Santiago Andrés Piraquive Páez, trading as Los Patos Barcelona, NIF ESZ2085331H, with fiscal address at C/ Poeta Cabanyes, Nº 49, Piso 4, Puerta 2, 08004 Barcelona, Spain. For any questions, contact us at info@sunrisebarcelona.com or +34 647 316 962.

2. The Service

Sunrise Barcelona sells the Social Access Pass, which gives access to independent social events on a given night plus nightclub access, along with other nightlife products listed on this website. Exact venues, times, and hosts for each night are confirmed after booking and may change without prior notice due to venue availability.

3. Age Requirement

This service is strictly for guests aged 18 and over. Valid photo ID (passport or national ID card) is required for nightclub entry. Entry may be refused without ID, with no refund.

4. Booking and Price

Prices are shown in EUR and include any applicable taxes. Online booking for same-day passes closes at 10:30 PM local time; after this time, availability can only be confirmed by contacting us directly via WhatsApp. Discount codes apply only within their stated validity and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Because this service is tied to a specific date and time of execution, it is exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 103(l) of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). Cancellations are instead governed by Section 6 below.

6. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the first event of the night you have booked. Cancellations made after this window, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

7. Conduct and Venue Admission

All participating venues and clubs reserve the right to refuse admission at their own discretion, in line with standard venue policy. Sunrise Barcelona is not responsible for decisions made independently by third-party venues. Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward hosts, other guests, and venue staff; Sunrise Barcelona reserves the right to remove any guest from an event without refund for conduct that endangers or seriously disrupts others.

8. Photos

Casual photos are taken during events and may be used in Sunrise Barcelona’s own marketing, including this website and our social media channels. We rely on legitimate interest as the legal basis for this processing. If you prefer not to appear in photos, tell your host at the start of the event and we will make sure you are not photographed. You may also request removal of any published photo at any time by writing to info@sunrisebarcelona.com, and we will take it down without needing a reason.

9. Liability

Sunrise Barcelona coordinates access to independent third-party venues and is not liable for the acts, omissions, or policies of those venues. Guests attend and consume alcohol, if applicable, at their own responsibility and risk.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

11. Minimum Attendance Guarantee

For Social Access Pass bookings only, we guarantee that at least 40 travellers will take part across the hosted events on the night you have booked. Attendance is counted across the evening as a whole rather than at any single event, and is recorded by Los Patos Barcelona each night. This guarantee applies to the Social Access Pass and to no other product sold on this website.

If fewer than 40 travellers take part on your night, you may choose whichever of the following you prefer:

a. Another night of the Social Access Pass during a future stay, at no additional cost.
b. Credit of the same value toward any other Los Patos Barcelona experience.
c. A full refund of the price you paid for your pass.

This applies regardless of Section 6 above and is the only circumstance in which any of these options is available after the cancellation window has closed.

To claim, write to info@sunrisebarcelona.com within 7 days of the night in question, stating your booking reference and the date. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Credit and replacement nights are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The guarantee applies only to the guest named on the booking.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on this page at the time of booking.
