1. Who is responsible for your data

Sunrise Barcelona is a brand operated by Santiago Andrés Piraquive Páez, registered as autónomo in Spain (NIF ESZ2085331H), C/ Poeta Cabanyes 49, 08004 Barcelona, Spain. Contact: info@sunrisebarcelona.com.

The same person also operates the Los Patos Barcelona brand. Both are the same data controller.

2. What data we collect

• Booking data. Name, email address, phone number, the product and date booked, and the number of people. Provided by you when you book.
• Payment data. Payments are processed by our payment providers. We receive confirmation that a payment was made, not your full card details.
• Contact data. Anything you send us by email, phone or messaging.
• Technical data. IP address, device and browser information, and how you use this site. Collected through cookies and similar technologies, only where you have consented.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To provide what you booked. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To contact you about your booking, including changes, venues and cancellations. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To meet our accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
• To understand how this site is used, and to improve it. Legal basis: your consent.
• To use casual event photos in our own marketing. Legal basis: legitimate interest. You can object at any time, as set out in our Terms.
• To send you marketing, where you have asked for it. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers we need in order to operate:

• Our booking and reservation platform
• Payment processors
• Distribution partners and resellers, where you booked through them
• Website hosting and email providers
• Analytics and review platforms, where you have consented
• Our accountant, and public authorities where the law requires it

Each of these acts under a contract that limits what they may do with your data.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some of our providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

• Booking and payment records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Contact messages: for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
• Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
• Technical data from cookies: as set out in our cookie policy.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these, email info@sunrisebarcelona.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
